Lazy and too busy to let the inside out

Ok, so I've failed at blogging over this last year...updates are too infrequent and pics are not enough. Ok. It's a combination of laziness and being too busy to ensure what's happening here gets out.

Maybe that can change...here goes...!

Why we need to move...

This picture was taken off our children's patio last night (Feb 14). It also is right outside our livingroom patio. 

Burning trash is a regular experience. Most people don't appear to be bothered with it but each year it gets worse and worse. It's what drove us out of our last apartment and what will probably drive us out of this one. Oh well. It's been over 5 years in our current apartment...time to move!

January!

This last month has been a hustle and bustle of activity for the whole family.  A trip to Thailand due to our Indian visa restrictions...Maria has gone to 2 camps while homeschool is up and running. Nafisa is back to her Montessori school.  She was sick for a while as were (are) we all...sniffles and coughs.

Joseph left his phone in Thailand so he's got a loan from me for a really nice one! Hmmm ... should I be charging interest?

We were able to watch on the web the Steelers win over the Jets and we hope to watch them beat the Packers in a week or two!
